Concession Stand: These 12.5′ diameter thatched umbrella concession stand kits has been used by zoos, resorts, and theme parks all over North America and the Caribbean for nearly 20 years. Used for bar concessions, resort poolside-towel concessions, trade shows, ticketing, merchandising, golf-course concessions and more. With solid bamboo pole walls, and optional lock-down shutters, the structure’s contents can be kept quite secure.
- Appearance: 12.5′ diameter shade (may be upgraded should a larger shade footprint be desired), and an octagonal 9ft wide base. 3x full length walls, 4x 1/2 panel walls with counters, and a 1/2 panel door are standard. Nearly unlimited options and upgrades including electrical outlets, sinks, appliances, additional counter space, shelving, and more. - Durability: The structure is designed to last decades, but does require normal maintenance required for wood used outdoors, such as reapplications of Urethane coatings. Regarding thatch, see durability on thatch choice. With all thatch options, when thatch has reached the end of its usable lifespan, simply unclip and replace with new.
- Size: Approximately 12.5′ shade diameter (depending on style of thatch), typically 10′ height with an approx. 7′ clearance around the perimeter.
- Ease of Installation: As this is a larger build, you will require a minimum of 4 people to lift the frame onto the structure. Once the structure has been installed, thatch can be completed with just two people. Complete installation instructions are available on request.
- Materials: Clear Douglas Fir (or equivalent), Rolled bamboo Screen, GRASSBuilt engineered bamboo counters, Galvanized steel frame, thatch of your choice.
